DAB is infamous around these parts
Hi Ranger, Thanks for the information, I am really amazed. My car is scheduled for October build and perhaps I should start thinking about better (lighter) wheels. Most of the aftermarket wheels are simply too "blingey" for my taste and I certainly would never put anything chrome on it. What would be nice would be something similar to the Stradale wheels... guess I'll just keep on looking.

Great looks for the street nevertheless!
These wheels are computer designed & analyzed, and independently tested to the same rigorous standards as all of our wheels, including the competition series. It might be a better idea to race on 18" wheels due to tire sizing, but these wheels are fully capable of handling regular track use.

Hi Chad,

I asked a question that you probably didn't see. When is the silver powder coat finish available for these wheels please?

Interested in the M40 19 inch for my 997 Turbo. I prefer silver powder coat finish, like OEM Porsche wheels, over the aluminum brush finish you posted here.

Thanks.

Hi cannga,
Sorry about that, I must have missed your question. At this time we will be offering the Porsche wheels in brushed with a clearcoat finish, and silver powdercoat finish. These will be on our website in roughly three weeks, as we are preparing everything as we speak. We are entertaining the idea of additional colors, but for now it will be just the two colors.

Thanks,

Chad

Thanks Chad. You are saying the silver powder coat M40 will be available at dealers in 3 weeks?

Congrats btw. The M40 are absolutely beautiful wheels; and I've seen them all.

Wow you guys are right near my Fremont house - I go up there twice a week so might have to drop by sometime to hang out....

My 08 997 GT3 will be here in November but probably not going to mod it

Are there any photoshop experts here that can chop the mesh and straight spoke rims onto a Seal Grey 996TT?

Seriously thinking about picking up a set but just don't know which one would look better....

TIA

996turbo, we spend our money how we like it and to each his own but there are many aftermarket choices that are not bling. For me the factory anchors (wheels) are horribly heavy. There is no other wheel you'd like? (Champion, HRE, BBS, Dymag, Cargraghic, Forgeline, Kinesis etc...) No other wheel can enhance the GT3/RS?

We have purchased HRE wheels a few times and have been very happy. Only one time did we have problems. Great looking wheels too.
