I asked "why aren't these guys racing to your door to rebuild their motors..

Boy was he ever spot on with that comment! Now he has an SL
airfreighted to him from Saudi, cars from Canada and can't
hire enough qualified people fast enough to keep up with demand.

You were instrumental in creating the demand IMHO.

Would it be possible for Heffner tuners to rebuild my LP 640 engine if I shipped it from India (RHD) ?

Your car collection is impressive anywhere but incredibly so in India!

I would imagine he could, since someone mentioned a Saudi car earlier.

Talk to him probably .....but think he would need the entire car.
The intercooler plumbing the custom work all requires
the car. You would be only guy in that part of the world with
a Heffner Lamborghini although I think a Chinese guy is talking
about it?

Of course.I would love to drive my RHD car in a left hand drive country as I never got used to driving in L.a.. It'd be fun actually.. Sadly, our country is yet to develop a performance oriented , after market mod market.. Hope it happens soon.. Until then,I'll bask in the individual glory of the Heffner Murci.!

I wouldn't count on aftermkt performance developing in your country
to the point where you could get TT work on an exotic.
We have and have had for sometime a myriad of performance
tuners....yet only 1 (HEFFNER) has REALLY rebuilt a Lamborghini
motor and added turbocharging.

Just ship the car to Florida and then come over pick it up and drive it around.
I guarantee you'll have the ONLY RHD twin turbo Lamborghini on
our roads or in the WORLD!

Congrats to Jason. The yellow TT G he just finished and is back in Dallas. From what I saw in Florida earlier this month, that car put down 877whp. I hope to get some videos with me lined up with him (Jerry).

Tell me one road in India, besides the road from Bombay to Pune, that you can utilize even half the potential of the LP let alone the Heffner LP?

You are absolutely right about that fact that there are no roads (even the Bombay to Pune roads are in bad shape) that can utilize the potential of the LP (stock) or the Heffner LP.. But that isn't why I want it.. It's just that the Heffner LP would be a one of a kind machine in this part of the world.. That alone is enough for me.. You should know a little about Indian Psychology bro. In addition to that,a proper F1 race track is under construction near Delhi, in Gurgaon to be precise. May be that track can do some justice to the Heffner LP..

Haha fair enough. But about the DLF track? Is that true? My uncle who lives in DLF mentioned it a while ago but I never followed up on it. That would be great I think. I think even a regular track would pay itself off real quick in a place like Bombay or Delhi.

I am not sure what happened to the DLF track but Delhi would be getting that track for sure as construction is about to begin. It is being funded by that Vijay Mallaya who now is co - owner for the Spyker F1 team. That track would do wonders for us exotic car owners and also other High performance cars..

In addition to this track, there is already one in Chennai , which is used for F1 training and Karting competitions .. But people from North India hardly get the time to take their cars all the way to the south of India and then drive them their on the track.. I can't explain to you how I had always wished for race track close by and now it's finally happening..

Absolutely. Bernard also has been helpful with the additional mods like the decklid. You two are the ones who I OWE even getting my car done to. Without Heffner, G-Force, and Vroom I won't have my car getting done. I owe all three of you dinner. Wayne, when you are in Vegas, I want to see your car, and if you want to let me take the "Godfather of the TT Gallardo" to dinner, just let me know.

Hmm, if the DLF track is being funded by Mallya, I can try and find out what the deal is.
