We had one last nite.....a few friends over for BBQ'ed double cut lamb chops......ahh! Fresh figs with cooked panjeta and spicy goat cheese. Crepes for desert.........my wife is an amazing cook.

Clear nite, view was amazing. Could see the cranes in Long Beach habour....25 miles away.

Tonite....family is coming over and we are doing Korean BBQ.

My wife is Korean....

I usually dont like red car but the red on the gallardo is AMAZING. WOW is all I can say. The wheels match great too. Nice ride and good luck with it!!!!

Thanks for all the very generous comments. We love the house, we are VERY fortunate.

Funny thing is.....we looked for 6 months for a new house. Wanted a view, something different, land for the kids (we have 5 acres) and good schools - Malibu, Woodland hills, Calabasas and Pacific Palisades are all options. Probably looked at 150 homes, made several offers on houses we weren't that interested in. The day after I told my agent to take our existing home off the market, we saw this little ad in the back of the LA times. 5 days later we owned the house.

My current neighbour was out of town when we bought it, he missed it. He has made a standing offer to buy our house for $300k over what we paid for it. Life is good! The lot last sold in 1946. We will never sell it.
