Congrats, can't wait to see more pictures...I'm hoping to see a G or LP-560 in my future. The more I think about the more they make sense over the Murci or LP-640.

Congratulations Mat, awesome car. Question..I am thinking of adding a Gallardo and was wondering about the head room. Can you comment..I am a big guy. Already have the seat lowered in my Viper and the G is a lower car. Thanks

more and more i hear guys picking the Gallardo over the newer 911's for daily use....and this is AWESOME to hear because it speaks for the quality of the G.

when i sat in a gallardo, it had a good amount of room compared to the viper. my son who is 6 feet said the gallardo felt a good bit better and he didnt feel so crammed like in the viper with the top up.

and I hope to participate in this forum a lot. I really would rather not talk about what I paid for the car because there is always someone that will say you could have done much better. I will tell you that I think I got a fair deal and after doing a lot of research I found that many of the cars out there lurking in the very low 100's and below were not cars that turned me on. Like most things in life cheap at the time of purchase can lead to huge headaches down the road and this was really meant to be a fun purchase as I'm sure it was for all the G and M owners here so I did not want to put time or more work into the car.
I have actually driven the car 600 hundred miles since last friday and truly think it is awesome. I drove it all day yesterday in the pouring rain and it performed flawlessly.
Needless to say Lamborghini has made a huge fan out of me. More pictures coming soon.
