honestly, i have been thinking that as well, for another 20 to 30 grand i could be in a lambo, but the question is the labor i believe it is 2 years 24k, thats not getting my sale, and do i want a lot of unwanted attention everywhere i go.... I'm a low key type of guy, the porsche is already pushing it, if i pulled up with a gallardo, that would really have people going...

Get ready to go gay my friend because manuals are fading fast as paddle shift / dual clutch trans technology gets so outrageously good manufacturers wont put manuals in hyper cars for reliablility reasons. Im sure you will barely notice when my Bugatti Geyron goes up your butt at 253mph

I'd definitely agree that I'm seeing less and less manuals...something I'll definitely miss. One day, I'm gonna go back to a manual 993 (keeping the G of course)

 

+1 ..As much as i like the 6 speed cars , i am very impressed with e gear tech after i drove Johns car last week. Congrats and thanks for planting the lambo seed in my head. We should organize a car cruise in Chicago soon.

 

I actually had both my 996TT and G together for the last few years. My 996TT was my summer daily driver; I just sold it a month ago. I'm looking at maybe an R8 to replace it...

My daily is a VW R32 with DSG and I love it. E-gear is not dual clutch so i figured whatever I didnt like about the DSG would be amplified in the Gallardo. I also assumed manual would be cheaper to repair.
