Can someone recommend a website/publication/forum I can visit to research these cars? I'm interested in getting a used gallardo and need to educate myself. I'm sure most owners who bought used lambos went throught the same process. I want to know things such as changes in model years, problems with each model year...basically pluses and minuses as the car has changed over the years.

Any advice is much appreciated and I thank you in advance.

Short answer...biggest changes were 06 and then in 09 to LP560. 06 has front lift, better gearing, bit more power, better fit and finish. 08 added 3 year warranty. 09 gives a better motor and transmission and some body refresh front and rear.

 

05 had front lift also..

 

IIRC it became standard with 06.
