I wouldn't expect to get it for under $130K. I would say high $130s, low $140's would be appropriate for the stated miles and specs of that SL. And as others have stated, 6-Speed SL's are RARE. Don't let this one get away if its what you want.
My SL has 11,000 miles. Buy it to drive it, these cars aren't meant to be garage queens...
