18k isn't high mileage for a gallardo

gallardo is built to be driven.

a standard PPI is all you need. items to watch out for are:

brake wear, egear actuator and pump, clutch wear, electronics checks (all lights, check for CEL), AC.

Agree, 18,000 miles is nothing. You should be good as long as its in good condition.

That's an impossible question to answer as phrased. What does "has not been regularly maintained" mean? It has never had any fluids changed since new? It's had 3 oil and filter changes but no other fluids (diff, tranny, coolant etc.) have been changed since new? It's had some fluid changes but just not at 2 year intervals like the factory recommends? Those are all very different scenarios, and if you don't know exactly what maintenance it has had you don't know what you're getting into. Personally I wouldn't consider an '04 car of any make without at least enough service records to verify a certain minimum level of maintenance, and certainly wouldn't consider a G, even though they are largely reliable cars. If you can't verify an acceptable maintenance level and that it has had a new clutch installed at some point, stay away unless they're giving it away.

If that is the case, that is not a car you want to purchase
