Thing about this is the police only impounded due to complaints from the public. Not witnessed by the police, after investigating and viewing road side cameras they could find no supporting evidence. Cars were still held in impound and now the local government is attempting to use a law aimed at hard criminal gangs to seize some of these cars(again no charges by the police or supporting evidence). Complete garbage.

actually the government is currently processing the lambo's and i think also the ferrari under civil forfeiture laws.....meaning they will never see their cars again and it will be auctioned off.

 

That's a pretty severe punishment.
