Bumper needs to come off. Much more involved than 997. Checkout lamboweb.com

In the middle of doing mine right now. The lamboweb link is my road map and it has served me very well. Everyone is asking me if Im going to know how to put it back together. lol It's not hard so far. Just have to keep screw sizes straight on which ones go back where. I put any odd sized screws back in their mounting locations so can keep track of them. Cant say there's been a "hard" part to it yet. I would caution you/your friend to be careful as the honeycomb mounting points are very weak and break easily. If you have any questions, feel free to hit me up on PM.
