dear all my leggera warmed up very high and quickly on the track. how can i decrease water temperature? which anti-freeze or cooling fluid for track use?

The factory is doing some sort of campaign/upgrade on the Super Trofeo Stradales due to overheating on the track. Not sure if there have been problems with the regular 570's or not, but it would be worth contacting your dealer to explore.
