White Smoke?

I have a 04 Murcielago, and I had it straight piped 3 days ago. Anyway.. I noticed today that there's a white smoke coming out from the tailpipes? Not too much though! Outside temp. is not that cold either! I let the car idle for like 15 mintues and the smoke is still there! There is no overheating what so ever. It's not that visible though! I mean the smoke, but if you stare closely at the the exhaust pipes you'll see it. I though because it's decated that would be normal or Am I wrong? Should I be worried?

Thanks!

can't send pm's yet sorry!

No I don't think it's coolant because the motor temp is perfect, it smells like I don't know! Gas/fuel? The type that would suffocate you. I didn't have this problem before the decat though!

To be honest I didn't drove the car to check but I will. I heard it's normal since there is no cat to filter what ever coming out from the exhaust?

Thanks!

White smoke is typically oil burning (hope that's not the case). If the pipe had some coating or something inside that wasn't removed (paper/plastic), it's possible it could be burning off. If you removed the catalytic converter and muffler, then yes, the smell coming from the car will be very strong of unburned gas/emmissions.

it's very normal to new exhausts. Drive it for a week...it should be gone.
