Experience with A Balboni?

Does anyone here own or have owned a Balboni? Pros and cons of ownership would be appreciated. Looking for opinions on driving experience...sound, steering feel, handling, mechanical issues? Not interested in attention factor. Thank for any input.

Yes, I currently have one for sale. It is the 4th and best Gallardo I have owned to date.

Sound is awesome. A deep growl down low that screams up top. It can be quiet or loud when you want with the integrated exhaust flaps. Just press the Sport/Corsa buttons to open.

Steering feel is much better than the AWD variants (in my opinion). Much lighter feel and more precise. You feel the road a bit more through the steering. Much easier to maneuver in compact areas.

Handling is much sharper, although not as confidence inspiring as AWD. It's more of a driver's car.

No mechanical issues at all. All of my Lambo's have been rock solid.

The Balboni actually attracted the least amount of attention. Maybe because it is not a bright color like my previous Gallardo's were. But people who know cars will admire it for sure.

Thanks for your quick reply. That's the kind of info I'm looking for. I'm more interested in ride vs. attention. I'd like to know why your selling it? From the list of cars you have, you probably don't get to drive it that often (that's an awfully impressive list) but why sell that one vs some others you own?

Any pics of you car? Miles? Price? You can email me with info if you like.

Thanks, James

I really love the Balboni because it offers the perfect blend of beauty, performance, driving experience, reliability, practicality, and attention for an exotic car.

I've had it for almost four years now and I've been on the fence about selling it. But I think I'm ready to try something new. Maybe the new Huracan or a McLaren.

You should be able to find the car on Lamborghini Newport Beach's web site if you're interested in seeing the details about the car.
