New to Lambo
New to Lambo
At the risk of showing my ignorance, I wanted to inquire with the group your experiences with overall reliability with the Lamborghini Gallardo, specifically 2007-2010 models.
I have been a long time Porsche enthusiast and will continue to be, but am interested in picking up a used, low miles L car. My experience with P cars has been solid with really low cost of ownership. With the recent GT3 issues, am in a holding pattern here.
I was looking for feedback on reliability overall, the commitment from the brand to owners (and second owners) and generally cost per year typically.
My two neighbors own a Ferrari and a Lambo respectively, and the F car i know i cannot afford as his timnig belt change alone was $10K. My lambo friend said he has had no serious issues and his has driven 17K miles in 3 years. So was looking for a broader sampling of input. Thanks for your patience and input. Look forward to pulling the trigger soon.

You won't have to worry about that if you buy a F430 or a Gallardo!

Gallardos are very reliable, when you buy a Gallardo you are getting the Italian look with the German technology... Get a Gallardo! You won't be sorry! I'm coming from a 997TT, Pcars are fun and reliable but I love my Gallardo way more than my Turbo.
