A pic of two is cool maybe even a quick vid but that guy said he was filming and following for 45 minutes. That's the issue I have.
If someone was changed directions on the highway and then started following me for over 45 minutes...I would call the police.
There's obviously something wrong with the guy filming. His desire to be a viral youtube star clearly outweighed common sense here.
Come to think of it, there wasn't a whole lot of intelligence being displayed from any of those drivers.
