Lambo All Wheel Drive System

I was reading up on the specs for the 05 Merci and I saw that the AWD system is viscious.

This surprized me because I thought that Lamborghini would use clutch type diffrentials.

Are there aftermarket clutch type differentials available for the Merci and the G?

Why would you want a clutch center diff for on-road cars?

What could it hurt? The Subaru STi and the Evo 8 and 9 both have active center diffrentials and on pavement they handle very very well.

Im not saying that Merci's and G's dont already handle well but such an expensive high-performance car..I was expecting a system that was similar.
