Lambo going in for some mods....

So I am bringing my car over to Ron's shop (Vipertestarossa) in 2 weeks to have the following done.

3M the hood all the way up to replace the half ass job the dealer did.
Lower the car about 3/4" all around
Have the calipers painted body match color
Have the side markers and taillights tinted black

Any other ideas? :)

No, those things will make her perfect!

Such a clean car. PERFECTION!

i'd go another color on the brake calipers. yellow, silver, red ?

Stryke May 10, 2007 07:40 PM

Yellow will make it look like Ronald McDonald and red is what I'm doing only matching it to the body shade.

What you listed will be subtle enough so that they aren't over the top yet very effective in cleaning up the car. Good luck!

Light tint? Darker wheels?

I was thinking the same thing. A darker wheel with body color lip would look good.

Why a no no? Rons car has it and it looks great as well as others I've seen.

i tried to put it more subtle and didn't want to offend gil.

how about leaving the calipers and getting the wheels refinished in a grayish type color ?

henryr May 10, 2007 08:19 PM

yellow and red pass only because racing brakes come in those colors already.

imho, i'd pass on the lime green and the federline insignia options.

iLLM3 May 10, 2007 08:28 PM

Gil you are on the right path, body color calipers is the way to go.. But in all honesty, no tinted tails , its already a redish color and looks so good with your color, your car is gorgeusssssss!

LUISGT3 May 10, 2007 08:34 PM

I would do the same color on the calipers as well. They look soooo go lowered. Looking forward to some pics.
