They do ... Rosso Letis is the name of Gallardo's red.

Kind of a darker red it seems, they need a brighter red more like the murci in this thread on the gallardo that would look great

Murcielago's in red = HOT. I saw a red Murci Roadster in Hollywood about 3 months ago near Le Deux. I was amazed -- first Murci I've seen in red. It was at night, too. I can't imagine how awesome it would look when the sun is shining!

Well, Im thinking they must have offered it at some point as I saw one on ebay a week or two ago.....think it was a 04 or 05....the dark red doesn't do it for me at ALL......I need RED!
