Kap is infamous around these parts
Half decent engine and chassis. I'd value it at $200-225,000 max. Doesn't have the performance, heritage or looks for $425,000.

Performance...most car mags that have tested the LFA have given it high marks in the performance category. What's your excuse now?

Heritage...while Toyota has only been in the racing scene for the last decade or so, they have been buliding automobiles since the 1930's.
Again, what is your next excuse?

Looks...subjective.

You can't just say the car has a half-decent engine and chassis without any reasoning to substantiate it. Performance and looks; yes I understand that is very subjective and you're entitled to your opinions on that matter.

For anyone new coming to this thread, only make your comments in reference to the god like properties of the LFA. Also mention that at $375k its an absolute bargain and realistically should cost more than a Mclaren F1.

You are clearly upset germeezy. You gotta be nuts to think that anyone would consider this car to cost more than the MacF1. Just because a few of us aren't surprised at the cost doesn't mean it should cost much more.

I already agreed this car was worth $375k, and I already posted that most of the US allocation was already spoken for. Those that value rarity are speaking with their checkbooks in regards to the LFA. My only beef is those that think this car is the second coming, I mean someone even compared this car to the Mclaren F1! I am just not convinced being an enthusiast that this car is not utilizing the same engineering by press release that Nissan utilized for the GTR.

I own a Corvette as well, and trust me I will be the first one to admit its failings and not blindly tell everyone that the interior is nicer on the inside than a Bentley Mulsanne and that it rides like an S550 with feathers instead of air springs!
