LFA accident: Toyota Test Driver
It's clear from the locations of the two vehicles after the accident that the LFA driver was on the wrong side of the road. The driver's side wheel of the BMW is barely out of place versus the passenger side being mashed. The LFA is also against the guardrail on the wrong side while the BMW is closer to the middle.
I just hope the BMW driver and passenger end up ok.

In Japan, as we all know, they drive on the left side of the road.
In Germany, not so much. Never having been a British Colony and all.
So, I think, that after ripping around around the Ring a bunch of times he decided to go back to the shop, hotel, test HQ, etc. on this tiny two lane road with no traffic where he slowly drifted to the left side. After a while that's just where he just stayed until the crash.
I'm not used to driving on the left hand side. After having driven in Asian countries and the UK I have to say that it is confusing to drive on the "wrong" side. And it still is confusing after twenty years worth of trips to these counties.
