this auto doesn't look like it would pass any state DOT inspection. was this brought in on one of the limited driving/mileage exemptions ?

They have one of these at Lambo OC. I was there today and I saw it in person. Quite a car! It was priced at around 500k though

We baught this xj220'94,#206,ex-Kremlin garage car from a russian guy and repainted it from brit.racing green to orange,replacing the engine,how l must ask for that supercar ?car is currently in Kiev?anybody wants to visit us 4 inspections?
