How can they assume the vehicle is equipped with PDK based on the picture?

the gear shift **** looks like the PDK variety including the control functions in the handle

It's definitely a PDK shift **** in the picture from the link.

I would be surprised if they offer a manual on the US-bound Macan at all. Maybe in other markets.
