anyone removed the front bumper yet? Dealer says its a $450 job. didn't seem like it. I wanted to try the fog light replacement myself, but not if it really requires the bumper to come off.

You might try a local bodyshop and save some money. Try to find one familiar with Porsches. $450 labor seems about twice what it should be. If you post your location a bit more narrowly than L.A., maybe your zip code, you might get some recommendations from fellow members.
