Might have to flip one to make a decision. Currently in a 2017 S and love it. Has been and still is a great ride. We're considering getting a 2023. Is there a big difference physically between the 2017 and 2023 if you are familiar with both.
We are keeping the 2017 (49,500m) and adding either a:
NX 350 Luxury
GLA or B 35AMG
Macan S... (maybe a GTS if I can hoodwink my wife...both are HerMac's)
Thanks for all feedback comments

I had a 2018 GTS, 2020 GTS, and a 2023 GTS now (wife's car). I'll say there was a bigger change from 2018 to the 2020, but not really too much to the 2023. The performance to the 2020 was a fairly large jump, but honestly, neither of us are as impressed with the 2023 model. I might be old school, but I did enjoy the physical buttons (this might be an issue that's beat to death at this point), but the haptic touch panel isn't too bad. If you're curious, the auto start/stop feature always remembers what we set it at, which is different that my brother in laws base model Macan. If you're asking about size, I think there was a little bit more room going from 18 to 20. But I think the 20/23 are exactly the same. They might not be on paper, but I can't tell the difference (we've had the 23 for about 6 months).
My wife did want to get the Turbo for more torque, but the GTS is not he highest end model. We have a couple electric cars, and at this point we're going to change out the Macan for the EV Macan whenever it comes out (we're on the "list").
This might be subjective, but I think the transmission was better on the 2020. I feel like the new one tries to shift very fast (e.g. we'll be in 4th gear at 20mph, but it just passed 1k miles, so we haven't pushed it too hard). I also think the exhaust note was better on the 2020.
We did love going from the 18 to the 20, but the 23 was a minor "lift". But I would say if we went from 18 to 23, we would probably love it. One thing to consider maybe, the Macan T was very intriguing. With they way things are, a GTS suspension with a rev happy 4 cylinder would be pretty fun!
Edit:
My daughter had a 2021 GLA250 AMG package and she did not really like it. There was some good points about it, but she couldn't stand the auto braking, especially when reversing. We got rid of it in less than a year.

Thanks for your reply. Really appreciate your thoughts/comments. We passed for various reasons. Went with an NX350 luxury. I totally agree with physical controls vs touch screen.
Aside from none in stock … no spare and no SOS we’re deal breakers.
We’re keeping the 2017Macan S. 49,000m … still looks and rides like day 1.
