Granturismo with Quicksilver Mufflers

Ordered the Quicksilver mufflers on Monday and they were at the shop in California by Wednesday...amazing processing time considering it came shipped from the UK.

Couldn't wait so had my friend Eric install them as soon as they came in!

Here are some vids: one at the shop, one in a tunnel and a couple driving around downtown.

Honestly it sounds good, reeeeaaal good, but almost too good. It's very aggressive and has a lot of popping, but for everyday city driving it may be a bit much. Not one head does not turn when I drive by on the road. Just a tad too much attention for my taste actually.

I may have to custom fab some resonators on there or figure something out because after an hour in traffic I had a headache.

If you are looking for an aggressive 360 Modena Fcar sounding beast then this is it! Pretty amazing for just rear boxes...I cant imagine how loud it would be with a resonator delete. This guy at a custom muffler shop thought there was a V12 in this beast.

Believe it when I say this, the videos do not do justice because in person it is 10 times louder

Maybe we could set you up with the RSC boxes? Sound level is lower and you get the GT-S style tips.

So are you running cats only? Very interested to hear about your setup!
