Question Used GT With No Warranty: Buy Aftermarket Warranty, or Just Set Money Aside?

I'm still considering buying a GT when I've moved into a new house and all of the associated unpacking and such has settled down. I've been looking at '12, '13, and '14 GT's (nothing more than $70K), and I believe just about all of them will have expired warranties. I feel uncomfortable paying that much money for a vehicle without a warranty. Should I obtain an aftermarket warranty, or just set aside money every month for expected service and maintenance? And if the latter, how much money should I allocate for this?
