McLaren F1 - QuickSilver Exhaust

Yet another McLaren F1 - QuickSilver equipped

Whilst delighted with the performance of the car some owners have approached QuickSilver seeking the sound produced by the BMW V12 engine to match the other sensations experienced.

We provide a QuickSilver ‘Sports’ exhaust that produces a sound more reminiscent of the 1995 Le Mans winning cars.

Factory System 25Kg (55lbs)

QuickSilver System 12 Kg (26lbs)

The above was maufactured in thin gauge stainless steel. QuickSilver can also produce this system in Titanium for maximum weight saving.

Peloton25 is infamous around these parts
Is this chassis #007 being fitted with the exhaust? The owner had previously mentioned he was going to try your system on another forum.

Appears there is another F1 next to it under the cover - were you fitting this at their old Genesis assembly facility where F1 Customer Care has been located?

Also, do you have a larger version of this shot as well:

Eager for a sound or video clip when available.

Only thing im concerned about isnt the stock unit also act as a crumple zone? so in theory if in an accident your producing more damage? Please correct me if im wrong but i think i read that in the F1 book.
