Buying a 12c with 13K miles？

I live in China. There is a 12c with 13k miles on it. May I ask is it OK to buy a 12c with such high miles? Anything I need to be aware of?

13k miles in 4 years is not high mileage. If it has 30k miles I may consider that "higher" mileage. The more miles the car has more reliable the car will be.
