Thinking about buying the new C-class

I'm thinking about buying a new C300 for my wife. I know it hasn't been long since this car has been on the road, but anyone have any problems? Are people getting the car at MRSP? I live in Socal and any information towards a good deal would be appreciated...TIA

Drove it at the local Mercedes C class intro event here in DC. Really nice car, might consider it myself, if I wasn't waiting on a new 3 series.

My MB salesman said that he would not let me buy this model year for my wife. He seemed to think that there are to many bugs with this one. He suggested waiting until next years model. Just my .02

Thanks guys....I was thinking about not buying this year's model either...We have been unlucky with first year models...the S500 had so many problems, the C220 had to be lemoned but the SL500 not so much. That is definitely something to consider...thanks.

C280 here, actually its a 3.0L but its badged 280... anyway its an Avantgarde but somehow missed the AMG cladding
still nice...

so far no problems for this daily commuter... I compared to my friends 325i also 3.0L but somehow downgraded in the badge and the Benz is much better in many ways... specially in daily grind...

on long trips its good, had gone to Acapulco twice in it...

no first year bugs so far... the car is solid...

I have heard nothing but great things about the new c-class and very little service calls. Actually I think the S-class launch went spectacular too as far as service issues. They are really trying hard to launch these cars problem free even if it means they have to delay the cars a bit.

MB's has been improving compared to 2002 and 2003 where the cars had numerous problems.

I dont own the new C-class but We've got the new S-class and an SLK,both have been very reliable so far.

We ended up getting the ML 350 and loving it. I see the C-class around and car looks good. I'm still thinking about the C-class but the C63 instead.

My bro has a C200 in HK. Drove it myself. No issue in first 2k km except the engine is a little weak. Oh well, he's got a 360 to go fast.
