the stock ones are perfect imo

 

Sorry, but I don't like any of those aftermarket wheels on the Black series. I think the stock Black Series wheels are perfect.

I just got my car back with the wheels powdercoated...my camera is on the fritz I will try to post pics later today.

This car is simply awesome and is what an AMG car should be!!! Very fast, loud, and a great suspension!!!

This car is setup better out of the box than my 997TT...

I'll have to agree with everyone that HRE wheels look a million times better. The DPE don't suit the CLK63 very well because they look heavy and the "bling" factor is turned up to 11. These DPE's would look better on a larger, luxury-oriented car like an S-class or CL-class.

HRE's, on the other hand, fit the car's characteristic perfectly because they look clean and sporty. They are probably much lighter as well, which plays a huge role in your car's performance... which Black Series is supposed to be all about.
