I think the kit is by FAB Design.

 

That Bodykit looks very stunning on the CL W216, Actually it does look close to the OEM AMG kit but slightly different and I feel its the wider wheel arches.

The Triple Black colour combination is just downright gorgeous,Mafia looking and just makes you like the fairly large car more and more. When the car first came out I was hesitant to whether or not it betters its succedor but now I find it to be way better looking than the 2000-2005 CL W125 series even if its still looks round and bulbous.

I really like this car and would take it over a Bentley CGT anyday, It's convenient and pretty cool with all the electronic features and night view.
To tell you the truth honestly I have never liked their products and this is the best looking Fabdesign kit as the previous bodykits on the SL were horrendous and very tacky.

 

I wasnt a big fan of the Fabdesign kits on the new body style Benzes either, but this one I like...
Maybe its because the black hides the true lines of the kit

other colors.

 

I see why, now I really have to take back my comment on its good looks.
To sum it up, the best body kit on the CL are AMG,Brabus,Carlsson and Wald very clean and each tuner has his own design.

 

It looks pretty cool overall but i dont like the front fenders. They dont seem to blend in the best.

The wheel arches are too tall. They are nice and wide, but look like bubbles. The height of them is too much.

 

Looks like someone stuck audi TT fenders on a CL... yuck.

 

I dont like the ovesized fender arches

 

Looks great, but the wheels look small for that car.
