I like it a lot! They should have changed the back side a bit...

Being a HUGE R230 SL fan, I didn't like the face lift when I saw the pix at first but after seeing these pix, I love it! That rear diffuser is gorgeous as well.

I'm not too sure about the headlight but the diffuser looks very aggressive.

Is this a face lift or a new generation? If its a facelift, when is the new sl due?

I thought this was just the face lift since this car is still considered a R230 model, and the new generation is due out in 2011. Not 100% sure on that though.

 

The headrests are for the neck scarfs, and this SL is only a face lift, the new model should be out in approximately 4 years.

The new SL63 also has 5 different transmission settings, and also a new race launch program. The transmission is an automatic wet-clutch system. Pretty neat stuff.

Holy hell, that looks SO much better and meaner then the last model, I agree the headrest seem odd but maybe if they were done in black they would not stand out as much and the rear diffuser seems to hang down a good bit in the middle, but the front end, wow so menacing and mean looking. EXCELLENT gives what I always considered a bland yet safe design (the previous model) much more edginess..

 

at first i didnt really like this car but now that more and more people are coming out with more pictures its really starting to grow on me and i really like it now!

 

it looks mean, i was actually behind the ugly ones, a couple of minutes ago...
