Just Picked Up Another DD - Alabaster White E55
I too have a Prius and an E55...what a world!
I keep hearing about people getting 12-13 city MPG with the E55, but I have never gotten anywhere close to that low. Of course, I don't drive with a lead foot either. I actually got 24,000 miles out of a set of rear tires on an E55, and that takes some serious skill!
Anyhoo, my city MPG is about 14.5 and HWY is about 18.5
Overall my MPG meter has been stuck on 16.7 combined for the last year, so that's a pretty reliable number.

Congrats! I miss the torque...but I do not miss the headaches/problems I had with mine. However 2006 is the year to get for the 211 E55! I believe it has the updated steering rack (same as the CLS), etc. What year was your first one?
Dave,
Congrats - very strange seeing another Chicago-an with the same E55 history... sold my '03 and wound up back in an '05 after owning an RS6 that had a lot of problems. We should swap stories over a beer sometime, if I recall correctly we are neighbors - as you are in Glenview, right?
