hey speeders.. now u'll think i'm an idiot but i got to get your views on this ...

my dealer here in delhi is offering me a yellow 911 convertible used and done 15k kms.. 19 inch wheels, black top, black interior etc. etc.

the merc dealer is offering a red slk200k brand new with amg kit 0 kms facelift verion....

i know that the 911 is a much much better performer than the slk but here in india it wont make such a huge difference... i mean i will obviously feel the performance and the handling differences but at the same time never be crossing the 180kmph barrier let alone tracking the car..

also my friends tell me that the slk would be much better as the hardtop convertible is much more practical than the 911's softtop

the merc is 10 % cheaper

PS - this is my first sportscar and hence .. we've had cayennes and s classes but not much experience in sportscars

 

if its a 2005+ porsche, go for the porsche. Also, seeing as the car is used, why don't you just offer them 10% less than they're asking so its the same price as the Mercedes? If they go for it, it might make your decision easier.
