2009 C63 W/ Renntech ECU2 Upgrade

Does anyone know what a stock C63 with only the Renntech ECU2 software upgrade to @ 501HP will turn in the quarter mile and 0 to 60? I was thinking 12.2 and 4.1, respectively. If so, will the difference be noticable and worth $3,495 plus tax?

I am sure you can find other retuning program companies for a better price. Renntech by name can charge more than others.

I had a company by the name of Speed Innovation do my CL55 a while ago and could see and feel the difference.

Look at the MHP ECU/TCU tune thread on MBworld under E55/E63 w211 forum. Their numbers blow away everybody else's and they are doinf things with the 63 ECU/TCU's that nobody else is. take a look at I am sure you will be impressed.

If money is the issue then I would suggest a Powerchip ECU which is much less costly than the Renntech but you get what you pay for in most cases.

Will the difference feel more significant then the difference between when the A/C compressor is on or off???

You would be very lucky to turn a 12.2 in the 1/4 with a 501 hp tune.

Do NOT look at that thread. Go to the C63/W204 forum. Same information, much less drama.

I am not saying that I would be able to turn a 12.2, but will the car be capable of that time with only the ECU 2? I don't want to spend $3,495 plus tax and end up going from an ET of 12.5 to 12.4.

I would spend the money elsewhere then.
