360 certainly have some explaining to do... just like in that Orton situation with Contigo if this thread is closed , then theis tottaly defeats the purpose of car forums. where issues of customers that get skrewed need to be resolved !!!!

a little background first...it is board policy that all disputes will be settled off of the forum...period. This also applies to any threads brought over from disputes on other forums. That is pretty simple but it is a change from the past when these disputes were allowed to run their course in open forum. IB has a very decided opinion and it is their forum...However, that being said you should know what is going on and why this policy may not be so bad.
It would appear that several either ex-employees or competitors of 360 have been creating user accounts on 6 speed (and have probably been doing the same on the mb board) solely for the purpose of making up elaborate stories flaming 360 and taking advantage of the current situation...all of these new users share common ip addresses...this makes it look like the situation involves many unhappy customers. On the other hand I have heard from long time members who swear they have friends who have no axe to grind and that have been harmed...so be informed. Internet Brands does not wish for any members to be harmed by a sponsor or any other vendor (non-sponsor) but their policy is for these issues to be settled off of the forum. We are in the process of sorting this mess out and would appreciate your cooperation while the dust settles...thanks from the moderators and admins of 6speedonline
