1.) Steve is a great guy with great products and services... even better if you speak dutch although I know english is not a problem for most dutch. 2.) They are OEM on my SL65, not sure about CL65. 3.) Depends, most dealers are not capable (read: savvy). In florida it may be difficult to find a capable dealer. 4.) That is unfortunate, I am of the opinion that options are part of what make these cars unique - although obviously even a base 65 is an amazing vehicle. Good luck, -m
