I am new to MB (driven primarily BMW's) and am searching for a 4 door sedan. I am strongly considering the E63 and am looking at black 2007 with a little under 28,000 miles. Only option appears to be premium package 2. They are asking $54,000. Any thoughts on a fair price for the car and any drawbacks to these cars. I have driven one and it is extremly fast and comfortable. I have searched this forum and several others. I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

 

Seems on the high side given miles (above average for an AMG) and options (below average). $52k would be a reasonable deal, below $50k would be a great deal. I think wholesale on an 07 was around $48-49k a couple months back.
