I'm thinking of buying an 07-08 AMG E63

To replace my 550i. I don't have any experience at all with MB. Any help on what to look for and insight into the AMG 63 would be very helpful
Thank

agreed, AMG's can obtain serious power with a tune, pulley and exhaust!

I'm a more normally aspirated type guy. I prefer the GT3 to the TT......And with the 63 there is likely still warranty left....thanks for the input

You will appreciate significant power increase in the E63 over your current 550. Overall the E63 is just a great vehicle, hard to beat as a daily driver.

The 63 is awesome. Yes an 07 or 08 will have 1-2 years of bumper to bumper left on it. Always nice to have that when you're buying used

There are some great deals on 2007 E63s, ranging from high 40s to low 50s. 100k car that has hit its depreciation and if the trend is similar to the e55, prices will probably by steady for awhile.
