After completing from start to finish in 9 total weeks, the iForged Project SL made another trip back to Las Vegas and was displayed in the Diamond Audio's CES booth. The transport dropped off the car today and we were able to get a photo shoot in with photographer Peter Chaney before the sunset.

I have been following this project from start to finish, and I gotta say, it is my favorite SL of all times (other than the black )

Having good sponsors to work with can make these project much easier, I wouldn't wanna even think about tackling a project like that on my own!

insane widths and love the concave look.

 

I like the rear wheels, but the rest of the car looks like a mazda trying to be a mercedes.

 

ditch the stickers, black out the front grill.

 

I give the front end a ten. The rear isn't quite up to par with the front.

 

A machine polished center would be a lot classier and bring out the rest of the details versus a cheaper looking black wheel. There is enough blkac on the car with the CF, I'd look at a machine polished titanium center. Otherwise very cool project start to finish.
