strange that he for sale post says 6.9...you would think they would mention the fact that it is a 7.3
im not 100% if this car for sale is actually the 7.3 SS, but from what i know, there is only one Red CLK GTR, and its the SS. But i could be wrong.

would this 7.3L engine have anything to do with the Zonda engine?

Yes. Same block as the old body (W140) S-class, and the Zonda
