Looks very clean .. so iguess it will not work for mt 03 E55 ...

No its pretty much the same as the paddles, right side just had a push
button lever, which up shifted, and right side did the same just down shifted.
Paddles you just tap them in and it does the same.

Thanks guys, actually I am, the paddles have a great feel, and now you can actually use them while turning, before it was pretty trick to hit the switch while turning.
