Two things:
(800)222-0100 Mercedes Roadside 24/7 service (Replace batteries and what not on the side of the road)
Instrument cluster: MB Extended the warranty on them, and since yours **** out already, you'll get it replaced.

Congrats, that's a great looking car (in the "after" shots that is 
).
My dad's W220's battery died a few times (after 2-3 month of rest, basically everytime he comes back from a long trip
) and the normal jumper cables couldn't bring it to life so we had to call MB's roadside service and they were able to charge it. They have some very high performance stuff that those batteries require for recharge.
