Did this exist? I was driving around my neighborhood on the way back to house, and I see a Red bodied SLK with a silver front and rear bumper and silver roof but the rest of the panels were red. I was like WTF.

It was the weirdest looking thing I had ever seen.

Let me draw it out if I remember correctly, she sped by me too fast for me to take a pic.


I highly doubt its just a crashed car that put red body panels on!

 

Can't find any information on it with google... Probably either your typical case of bad taste+money, or a salvaged SLK waiting to be painted.

 

there was a special edition, but all the colors matched the whole body

 

its def not a salvage, car looked brand new, and i've seen it more than a few tim in the past few months, and its a hot trophy wife driving it, so i doubt she would settle for that.
