BRAND NEW, never used, never put in ear =).

It was a gift, but I don't have a use for it since I rarely talk on my cell. Comes with everything, but box (was a gift - sent to me via mail so it was taken out of the box to save on shipping).

I would prefer local buyers as I need cash asap and would rather not deal with shipping.

Forgot to put the price... $90.
