You can get a refurb for $99 bucks , black 3g at at&t.

I have one for sell. Non refurb - I can unlock if you want me too. It is almost brand new. Apple gave me a new replacement. They don't give out refurbs and I haven't used it at all since the replacement. I got another phone instead.
