I'm selling my iPhone on eBay, here is the link. It was recently replaced by Apple, so it's basically brand new (I put it in a rubber case immediately). Buying this one saves you from starting a new contract with AT&T, or you can unlock it and use it with another GSM carrier.

This is the 3G not 3Gs. AT&T does work in Canada, but it will be considered roaming, so it will be expensive to use it. Any iPhone could be unlocked and used on another GSM carrier, but I recommend that you do some research before you go this route.
