Porsche Sport Driving School Gift Certificate

SOLD: Porsche Sport Driving School Gift Certificate
I have received a gift certificate for the Porsche Sport Driving School (USA) that I will unfortunately not be able to use. The certificate is transferable and must be redeemed within 1-year of issue (it was issued approx. 10 October 2012 so it must be redeemed within the next 11+ months).
The gift certificate is for the 2-Day Performance Class and includes the optional Damage Waiver. The school is held at Barber Motorsports Track in Alabama. Full details at:
https://www.porschedriving.com/Default.aspx
The Porsche description of the class is as follows:
The two-day program begins with a brief classroom session discussing vehicle dynamics and the driving line. Participants are then transferred to the track and begin a series of rotations through the Skid Pad, Performance Driving Techniques, Autocross and track sessions. The first afternoon is spent mastering the proper driving line and the many technical corners of the track, while continuing to sharpen basic skills at the Autocross, Skid Pad and Lane Change. Then youre off to dinner with the instructors at the Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa. The morning of day two is dedicated to heel and toe downshifting, competing in the Michelin Autocross Challenge, Cornering Drill and track sessions. Skills are continually refined with track sessions in the afternoon and the Cayenne off-road course.
Day One Schedule
7:30 8:00 Registration & Continental Breakfast
8:00 9:15 Introduction & Classroom Session: Vehicle Dynamics & Driving Line
9:30 12:30 Driving Exercises: Track Sessions, Skid Pad, Autocross & Performance Driving Techniques
12:30 1:15 Lunch
1:30 4:30 Driving Exercises: Track Sessions, Autocross, Skid Pad & Lane Change
4:30 5:00 Day One Review
6:30 8:30 Dinner at the Renaissance Ross Bridge Golf Resort & Spa
Day Two Schedule
7:30 8:00 Continental Breakfast
8:00 9:00 Classroom Session: Heel-Toe Downshifting
9:00 12:00 Driving Exercises: Autocross Challenge, Skid Pad, Downshifting & Track Sessions
12:00 1:00 Lunch
1:15 4:00 Track Sessions & Cayenne Off-road
4:00 4:30 Instructor Hot Laps
4:30 4:45 Program Close
4:45 5:15 Barber Motorsport Museum Tour
The Damage Waiver reduces your personal liability from $10K to $2K per occurrence. Porsche requires attendees be at least 21 years old with a current drivers license.
For those of you who already have a level of track experience, it is possible to petition Porsche to bump you up to the Masters level course by presenting them with the details of your experience. The Masters 2-day course runs $3,800 (without waiver), so you would have to augment this Gift Certificate by several hundred $.
This gift certificate has a value of $3,400 ($3,200 for the class plus $200 for the Damage Waiver). I will transfer the certificate for $3,000.

I've reduced the price of this $3,400 Gift Certificate down to an even $3,000.
A bargain? Not exceptionally - but Porsche doesn't "discount" their classes. This is one way to save $400 off any class (of $3,400 or more) at the Porsche Sport Driving School.
The certificate must be redeemed by October of 2013.
If you are at all thinking about taking a course at Porsche Sport Driving School, this certificate will save you a few bucks - I'm not sure that you'll find that offer anywhere else except for someone else trying to transfer a certificate.
Remember - the Holidays are coming up and this makes a TREMENDOUS Gift for the Porsche Driving Enthusiast!
