If anyone shoud be interested, we sell our refinished duplex at St-Tropez France
We are currently selling our privately owned duplex at St-Tropez.
When it was acquired in 2006 the duplex was completely stripped down to the bare inner box and entirely refurbished according to the standards of modern comfort & a high-end finish. Spatially by means of repartition into large living quarters as well as from a technical viewpoint. Virtually all technical provisions were completely renewed: electricity, water heaters, sanitary equipment, air conditioning, cooling and heating, electrical screens, Gira domotica system, etc. For the interior finish we used materials such as Corian, Resopal Massiv, wooden floors covered in white PU, Duravit Starck ,...
The location is just perfect and that's the reason why we bought it back in 2006, it's less than 2 minutes from the harbour, next to the city Hall square and it has full sea view from the living and kitchen area. So it has a view to die for and when you do get out the door, you are right where all the action focusses.
The selling reason is simply time related, the finish is just too high-end for a renting public and due to our own company in Belgium we just don't get the time to visit it enough. The past 5 years we barely spent 2 weeks a year over there, so that's just a pity for such a space and location. It deserves to be used.

why is it strange ? should he be buying cars worth more or less than 250k ?
