Facts:
1. The house is not anywhere close to the Galleria.
2. The house is not one block off of Westheimer.
3. The house is not anywhere close to the center of Houston.
4. The house is not in Memorial.

Opinion:
The house is in a crappy neighborhood in FAR WEST on an extremely high-traffic street. Not only is it not a "good location," but the location sucks.

Quit being shady and trying to mislead people.

did i say my house is in suur land?come on..sugar land has so many new develop house lsuch as katy or 290 area.i would say house there wont have better future as the house around here...
by the way do you know there is a community house sell from 500k to 3mi if you can find there .then it is not far from my house.there is a big wal mart.HEB.all that..do you know which one i am talking about...i dont think there is bad.maybe people judge good location is different.then go to south beach la....

the house is sell by owner.so there is no MLS list or something.,
